Thankfully most of the snow and ice seems to have disappeared so back to serious training for the new year. We are continuing our experiments on Tuesday nights, with extra options being tried in the diary so check out the new runs. We will be issuing a questionnaire to get your views - please take a few minutes to answer - it's your club and your input is welcome!

The cross country race at Wootton, Northampton on Sunday 24th January proved to be cold but no ice so we were back in the mud, grass and trees around the old golf course in Northampton. Full results below; meanwhile get yourself ready for the 2 cross country races in February - 14th at Ampthill and 28th at Bedford.

The committee have decided upon the club charity for 2010 - Kids Out - so fund raising (and those who won club London Marathon places) will raise money for this charity; for more details click here.
