Course
This will probably be the first time you have ever been through a pub during a race!!!! The race begins in the field and most of the course is on quiet country roads, which will be marshalled, but there may be traffic and also on a small stretch of the Grand Union Canal.  For this reason, NO earphones are permitted to be worn for runners safety.  Also, we do not permit pushchairs or dogs on the route. Always keep left on roads unless otherwise advised by marshals, please follow their instruction at all times. There will be a drink station at 5km and a diversion through the Queens Head public house on the way to the finish!
