The number between "stations" gives the mileage in hundredths e.g. 77 means 77 hundredths or 0.77 miles. Other routes - The captain has routes available. They cover distances between 10 and 22 miles, including some useful Marathon training runs.

In simple terms, running results in damage to muscle fibres; when you rest your body repairs this damage so that the next time you exercise, there is less damage. If you do not rest, the repairs do not work so well and you are more likely to become seriously injured. 5.3 How far to run in a week?
