- The course! The course takes in the beauty and wonder of Tiddenfoot Waterside Park and the Canal. It’s peaceful and a wonderful place to run.
- The support! All the marshals and volunteers are members of LFR and their families. They will cheer you, clap you, high five you, shout encouragement and also keep you as safe as possible.
- Bling! Every finisher will receive a fabulous medal.
- Cake! For a small donation there is a variety of cake to be had, all baked by our wonderful members.
- Charity Race! All proceeds from the 5K and cake donations will go towards our chosen charity for this year, Brain Tumour Research.
