Couch to 5k is the perfect route into running for those who have never run before or those who are looking to get back into it. The course is a supported programme that takes you from 0 to 5k in nine weeks. We meet on Monday evenings where we run in small groups with others just like you and the support of our run leaders and mentors.

We are currently on a Couch to 5k course.

The next Couch to 5k course will begin in January 2022.
