Dynamic Stretches

Dynamic Stretching pre-exercise is important, especially in colder environments to warm, or prime, the muscles for activity. Its useful to prime the body for the kind of exercise that will be done and so for runners this could be dynamic lunges, high knees, heel flicks, or side stepping. All designed to get the body ready for a run.
